Insert form elements 

With this function you can insert edit boxes, memo, lists and other elements useful to create a form. It is possible to insert 9 different elements. Only one of the tabs of the dialog window is shown here. Click on the image to get Help: 

 

 

It is very important to assign a different identifier for each element, except for the “radio buttons”. When using the “radio buttons” (the groups where just one of different items can be the selected one) it is critical that the identifier is the same for all buttons pertaining to the same group (it is the “on” value that differentiate this kind of form elements).
